• Phone Number & Identity: Mobile number collected during Phone OTP login to generate your unique canonical user ID (NT-ID).
• Listing Content: Post titles, descriptions, prices, category choices, photos, and general locality area (e.g. Medical College Rd, Big Temple area).
• Communication Data: In-app direct buyer-seller messages exchanged within the Namma Thanjai platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly for connecting local community members in Thanjavur:

• To display your listings to interested local buyers or service seekers.
• To authenticate your session securely using server-verified NT-IDs.
• To enable phone calls or direct in-app messaging when you choose to publish your contact information.
• We never sell or rent your personal data to third-party advertisers.

3. Data Protection & Deletion Rights

You retain full control over your listings and account data:

• You can edit or delete your posted ads anytime from the My Posts dashboard.
• You can request account deletion or data removal by contacting our Grievance Nodal Officer.
