1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Namma Thanjai (`newthanjai`), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Namma Thanjai is an online community directory connecting buyers, sellers, trade service providers, and shops across Thanjavur district.

2. Prohibited Items & Actions

Users must not post any of the following prohibited items or content:

• Illegal goods, firearms, weapons, explosives, or prescription drugs.
• Counterfeit, stolen, or fraudulent items.
• Misleading, offensive, defamatory, or abusive content.
• Multiple duplicate spam listings for the same item or service.

3. Platform Intermediary Disclaimer

Namma Thanjai operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000. We do not inspect physical items or guarantee transactions. Buyers and sellers are advised to meet in safe public locations in Thanjavur and verify items in person before completing payments.

4. Termination & Content Removal

Namma Thanjai reserves the right to remove any post or restrict user access if a listing violates these community guidelines or receives verified user fraud reports.
